Faculty of Community
it is the university's duty to take part in serving the rural community. Because the university constitutes a part of the social web, Faculty of Community development was established to serve the community by informing and enlightening it, through the training programs for housewives, families and poor sectors in rural areas, specifically in the fields of nutrition, health education, children and mothers programs, Islamic culture and environmental education and environment conservation, besides developing the housewives skills in the craft-making, the eradication of alphabetical and technical illiteracy and principles of the English language. Thus, the actual activity of the College is through its centers in the rural areas of the state away from the headquarters of the university. Some centers are (150) kilometers far from the headquarters of the university. The college has had an obvious positive impact is in these communities.
